2025年 10月2日 「ドクターズカムホームプロジェクト」の一環で、群馬県 山本 一太知事と意見交換会を行いました。消化器外科として、当科から岡田・上原の両医師が参加し、消化器外科の現状・若手増員や中堅医師の維持へのアイデアなど率直な意見交換を行うことができました。他にも小児科、消化器内科、放射線治療科、産婦人科の若手医師が参加しており、非常に参考になる意見もありました。山本知事も真剣に意見を聞いてくださり、あっという間の９０分間でした。上毛新聞（2025年10月8日）や山本知事のブログ（https://ameblo.jp/ichita-y/entry-12935850468.html）にも掲載されており、このような活動を通じて消化器外科医不足解消に少しでも寄与できればと思っております。今後も魅力ある消化器外科の発信・増員への工夫を行っていきたいと思います。
