2025年10月8日(水)にVYLOY Cross Talk Summitが開催されました。
当科の佐伯教授が座長を務め、講演１では群馬までお越しいただいた名古屋大学大学院医学系研究科 消化器外科学 教授 神田光郎先生に、「GEJに関する集学的治療、特に手術について」をテーマにご講演いただきました。経裂孔的下縦隔郭清の手技や接合部癌に対するconversion手術に対する考え方、食道癌手術における胸腔鏡下・ロボット支援下手術それぞれのコンセプトなどを詳細にご講演いただきました。また講演2では、群馬大学大学院医学系研究科 内科学講座 腫瘍内科学分野 教授 高張大亮先生に、「胃がん化学療法 標準治療新時代の幕開け～ガイドライン改訂を踏まえて～」についてご講演いただきました。バイオマーカー検査に基づきながら、それぞれの患者さんの病勢や腫瘍学的特徴に基づいた個別化治療について、大変わかりやすくご講演いただきました。
県内基幹病院の先生方にも多くご参加いただき、大変有意義な会となりました。今後も胃がんおよび食道胃接合部がんの患者さんの治療成績向上に向け、引き続き取り組んでまいります。
