第16回手術基本手技講習会を開催しました
令和7年8月2日（土）に群馬大学医学部附属病院外科診療センター主催で、「第16回手術基本手技講習会」を開催しました。2015年から始まった講習会ですが、今年度の開催で10年の節目を迎えました。新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響があり、2020年から開催を見送っていましたが、2022年から再開しました。今回は、昨年の2倍にあたる群馬県内外の初期研修医61名(1年目37名、2年目24名)にご参加いただき、院外の外部講師から13名、院内の外科診療センター(乳腺内分泌外科、循環器外科、呼吸器外科、肝胆膵外科、消化管外科、小児外科、形成外科)から35名の先生にご参加いただきました。講習会の内容としては、1年目の先生には①超音波凝固切開装置操作ブース、②鏡視下結紮・LapVR・da Vinciシミュレーションブース、③電気メス・剥離ブース、④血管吻合ブースの4つのブースに分かれて、30分ごとに全ブースをローテーションしていただきました。また2年目の先生には、手術室でda Vinciの実機を用いて縫合結紮を行ってもらい、その他にも電気メスや血管吻合もトレーニングしていただきました。各ブースではご参加いただいた講師の先生がつきっきりで、じっくりと手術手技をご指導いただいておりました。講習会の最後に心臓血管外科手術手技Off the Job Training証明書の授与を行いました。
一人でも多くの若手の先生方に外科の魅力を体感していただきたいとの思いで始めた講習会ですが、毎年、ご参加いただいた先生方の真剣で楽しそうな姿をみて、有意義な講習会になったと感じました。
群馬県においても深刻な外科医不足が懸念されていますが、群馬県医師確保対策室 室長 木村様の視察や上毛新聞社からも取材いただき、講習会の注目度の高さを伺えました。今後も講習会を通して、たくさんの群馬県内外の外科志望者の増加、ひいては外科全体の医療技術水準を底上げし、患者さんへと還元できるよう全力を尽くしていきたいと考えています。

参加者のリアルな感想
- ダヴィンチシミュレータを経験でき、手技を初めて行うことができ、印象に残った。
- テンションのかけ方や切開時の注意点など幅広く学ぶことができて良かったです。
- 研修医ではやらせてもらえにくいものを時間いっぱい経験させていただいた。
- 普段なかなか触る機会のないデバイスだったので経験できてよかったです。
- ラパロなどで先生方がどのように手術を行なっているのかをよく理解することができました。
- ダヴィンチのシミュレーターを使うことができ、貴重な経験を積むことができたから
- 講師が1対1で丁寧に教えてくれた。興味のある診療科でよく使われる手技だった。
- 講師の先生が楽しく優しく教えてくださいました。
- 研修医では手術に実際に携わる機会が少ないため、実践に近い形で色々経験させていただき、外科への興味がとても湧いたので選ばせていただきました。
- 時間があっという間に感じました。充実した時間を過ごすことができました。
- あまりにも勉強になって、外科志望として実際に手を動かしながら学ぶことが出来、楽しく学べた。
- 外科への興味がよりいっそう湧いたから。
- 様々な手技を体験することができ有意義だった。また、指導医の数も多くほぼマンツーマンで指導していただき大変勉強になった。
- 丁寧に褒めながら教えてくれて嬉しかった。
色んなブースで先生方のご丁寧なご指導を受けながら、手技を学ぶことができ、とても楽しかったです。

参加者のリアルな感想
- 普段手術で使うものよりかなり高い電気メスの出力で使ってみることができた。実際の手術でなく講習会だからこそできた経験だった。
- 勉強しづらいことを学ぶことが出来た。
- 先生方や同期とコミュニケーションを取ることができた。
- こんな贅沢な会を開いてくださる医局があるのかと感動しました。本当に外科の若手を大切にしてくださっているのだと嬉しく感じました。記憶に残ると確信しています。
- 外科の色々な先生とコミュニケーションが取れたからです。ダヴィンチを初めて触れて感動しました。
- 普段業務で触れないところもあったので楽しかった。
- より長い時間行いたかった。
- もっともっと手技練習をしようと思った。勉強になりました。貴重な経験でした。
