横堀武彦准教授が「創発的研究支援事業」に採択されました
このたび、総合外科出身であり、現在は群馬大学未来先端研究機構にて准教授を務めておられる横堀武彦先生が、科学技術振興機構（JST）の「創発的研究支援事業」に採択されました。
横堀先生は、現在も総合外科学領域において大学院生の研究指導を中心にご尽力いただいており、当科にとっても大変心強い存在です。
このたびの採択は、今後の医学・外科学分野における研究のさらなる発展に大きく寄与するものと期待されます。これを祝し、ささやかではありますが、総合外科でお祝いの会を開催いたしました。
当日は、横堀先生と同期であり、現在も外科分野で活躍されている酒井先生、佐野先生との記念写真を撮影いたしましたので、あわせてご紹介させていただきます。
横堀先生の今後ますますのご活躍を、教室一同心よりお祈り申し上げます。
